Volume is the problem, not any single call.

PI intake is usually a high-volume, multi-channel problem, with calls, web chat, and referral forms all arriving at once, and the cost of a slow response is a prospect calling the next firm on their list.

What a missed enquiry costs here

In personal injury the individual missed call is not usually the story. The story is that intake arrives through four channels at once, each lands somewhere different, and nobody can see the whole day in one place. Enquiries are not so much lost as mislaid: the web form nobody opened, the chat transcript that went to an inbox, the referral that came in while the phone was busy. The firm feels busy and the conversion rate says otherwise.

What Cam asks first.

The capture model is the same for every firm. What changes by area is which answers are worth having before anybody rings back.

  • How and when the injury happened, which decides almost everything downstream.
  • Whether it has been reported, and to whom.
  • Whether they have already spoken to an insurer or another firm.
  • Whether treatment has been sought, since it affects both the claim and the urgency.

What actually changes for this practice area.

Not a different AI. The same Cam, working the front door and the fee-earner's own line, applied where it matters most for this kind of work.

01

Every channel, calls and chat and forms and email, becomes one structured enquiry record instead of four separate ones.

02

Enquiries scored against what the firm actually takes on, so staff see the ones worth calling back first.

03

Owner visibility into what came in today, what was recovered, and what's still open.

04

Existing claimants ringing for a progress update handled from the record instead of interrupting the fee-earner running the file.

One call, start to finish.

01

The call

Monday morning. Overnight there are two web forms, a chat transcript, one voicemail and a referral email, all sitting in different places.

02

What Cam does

Each one becomes an enquiry record with the same fields, scored against what you take on. A caller who has already been through the web form is recognised as the same person rather than counted twice, so the record shows one enquiry with two touches instead of two half-enquiries.

03

What you get

One list, ordered by what is worth calling first, with the duplicates already collapsed. The ones that do not fit your criteria are visible as such rather than padding the number.

FAQ

Personal injury questions

Can it tell a good claim from a bad one?

It scores against the criteria you set, which is not the same as assessing liability or value. If you do not take road traffic claims under a certain threshold, or you do not act on a particular basis, those enquiries can be identified and handled without occupying a fee-earner. The judgment that needs a lawyer stays with the lawyer.

We already use a call centre. What does this add?

A call centre produces messages. This produces records, in the same shape, across every channel the enquiry might arrive on, with the follow-up attached. If the call centre is working for you the honest answer may be that the front door is not your problem and the fee-earner side is the part worth looking at.

Does it deduplicate the same person arriving twice?

Yes, on phone number and email. Somebody who fills the web form and then rings an hour later lands on the existing record rather than creating a second one, which is also what lets Cam open with what they already told you.

What WasilX doesn’t do here

WasilX doesn't evaluate case value or liability. It captures, qualifies, and routes the enquiry so a person can make that call with the full context already in front of them.
