Practice areas
One coordinator. Every practice area works differently.
WasilX doesn’t run different AI per practice area. The capture, scoring and routing model is the same everywhere, and so is the cover Cam gives each fee-earner. What changes is which signals matter most before a person calls back, and which calls a lawyer in this area cannot afford to miss.
Pick the closest match.
Each page covers what a missed enquiry costs in that area, what Cam captures first, and a worked example of a single call from start to finish.
Immigration
Deadlines don't wait for the desk to be free.
Visa and appeal windows are fixed dates, not soft targets. A missed call from someone up against one of those windows is often a missed case, not just a missed enquiry.
Sample intake
Next actionWhich route or application the enquiry concerns, in the caller's own words rather than forced into a category.
WasilX doesn't give immigration advice or assess a case's merits. It captures who called, what they need, and how urgent it sounds, then gets that in front of the right person fast.
Family law
The first call is often the hardest one to make.
Family enquiries arrive at difficult moments, frequently outside office hours, and the person calling has usually rehearsed the call once already before it connects.
Sample intake
Next actionWhat has happened, at whatever level of detail the caller wants to give, without pressing.
WasilX doesn't make legal judgments or offer guidance on someone's situation. It captures contact details, matter category, and urgency, and routes to a person for anything that needs one.
Employment
Tribunal deadlines are the clock every enquiry is racing.
Employment matters are frequently anchored to a statutory time limit. Whether that deadline is close is often the single most useful thing to know before calling someone back.
Sample intake
Next actionWhat happened and when it happened, since the date is the whole shape of the matter.
WasilX doesn't calculate limitation dates or give employment-law guidance. It captures and routes the enquiry with the urgency signal attached, so a person can make that judgment quickly.
Personal injury
Volume is the problem, not any single call.
PI intake is usually a high-volume, multi-channel problem, with calls, web chat, and referral forms all arriving at once, and the cost of a slow response is a prospect calling the next firm on their list.
Sample intake
Next actionHow and when the injury happened, which decides almost everything downstream.
WasilX doesn't evaluate case value or liability. It captures, qualifies, and routes the enquiry so a person can make that call with the full context already in front of them.
Conveyancing
Chains move on their own schedule, not the firm's.
Conveyancing enquiries are often time-boxed by a chain that's already moving, so a slow first response can mean the instruction goes to whichever firm answered first.
Sample intake
Next actionWhether it is a purchase, sale, remortgage or transfer, and whether there is a chain.
WasilX doesn't quote fees or advise on a transaction. It captures the enquiry and routes it fast enough that the instruction has a chance of landing with the firm, not a competitor.
Criminal defence
The call that matters most comes at three in the morning.
Criminal work does not keep office hours. The enquiries that decide whether somebody instructs you arrive from a custody suite, a family member in a panic, or a client who has just been told to attend an interview, and almost none of them arrive between nine and five.
Sample intake
Next actionWhether the person is currently in custody, which changes everything about what happens next.
WasilX doesn't advise anyone in custody, assess a case, or determine legal aid eligibility. It answers the line out of hours, captures where the person is and what time matters, and gets the on-call solicitor the facts.
What is identical in all six.
The differences above are about priority and emphasis. These four are the same on every line, in every area, and they are the part that should not vary.
The same disclosure
Every call opens by saying what Cam is, before anything else happens. It is deterministic, not something the model is asked to remember.
The same refusal to advise
Cam captures and routes. He does not assess merits, calculate a deadline, quote a fee, or tell a caller what their position is, in any practice area.
The same record underneath
A call, an email, a web form and a chat all become one enquiry record with the same fields, so a repeat caller is one person rather than four rows.
The same control over the line
Each fee-earner decides when their own line is covered, who breaks through, and what Do Not Disturb overrides. The firm sets the front door separately.
Not sure which one you are?
Most firms are more than one of these, and the mix is usually what makes the front door hard. Tell us what actually comes through the line and we will say plainly whether this is worth your time.
